Project Overview
A Competition Entry You Can Hold
A local studio needed three 1:100 towers for a developer contest — sharp mullions, legible floor plates and a lift-off roof over the courtyard. Twelve days remained, and the BIM export arrived full of open shells.
We fixed 400-plus mesh faults, divided the tower into 28 locking sections, and printed full-color resin with frosted glazing. It reached the jury in a foam case cut on our own CNC.
Challenge
Fragile Details, Hard Deadline
At 1:100, window mullions run thinner than a credit card. Ordinary prints would snap in shipping, and hand-finishing three towers would wreck the schedule.
Approach
Engineered for the Journey
We beefed up hidden structure, kept show faces exact, printed glazing as separate frosted parts, and nested each section in a CNC-cut foam case — zero repairs needed.

"Fixed pricing, realistic dates, and models so clean they went straight into the client reveal."
