1. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are fixed for 30 days and based on the files and specifications you supply. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote in writing; production begins after approval and any required deposit.
2. Files & Design Responsibility
You confirm that supplied files are yours to manufacture and do not infringe third-party rights. Our free file check covers printability — final fit and function remain your design responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Tolerances & Inspection
Standard 3D printing tolerance is ±0.1 mm and CNC machining ±0.02 mm unless stated on your quote. Inspection reports are included where quoted; notify us of any dimensional issue within 14 days of delivery.
4. Lead Times & Shipping
Delivery dates on your quote are our commitment; delays caused by file changes or late approvals extend the schedule accordingly. Risk passes to you on handover to the carrier; report transit damage within 7 days with photos.
5. Payment & Cancellation
Prototypes are payable on completion; production runs may require a 50% deposit. Cancel before production starts for a full refund of deposits; once printing or machining has begun, completed work is chargeable.
6. Confidentiality
Your files are used only for your order, never shared, and deleted on request. We are happy to sign your NDA before you send sensitive designs.
